Job Profile : Referral Marketing Executive will be in charge of researching client referrals, networking, and web leads; providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed; and working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consulting throughout the sales process. Must be a high-energy, well-spoken salesperson that is eager to complete deals and generate income.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Combine precision, professionalism, and persistence to generate a growing business network for patient referrals Develop a list of warm leads for patient referrals, as well as handling the initial contact, appointment setting, and gathering of background information for potential referral sources so they can operate on a firm foundation to develop healthy business relationships.
  • Proactively manage all incoming queries from external healthcare providers to maximize opportunities to generate new business
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships internally with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Developing and maintain excellent working relationships externally with key stakeholders across the industry
  • Identify and follow up all-new tender and new business opportunities Attend key industry events and marketing/networking opportunities.
  • Track all activity through to successful completion
  • Continuous update external healthcare providers on the status of their referrals.
  • Generate referrals from Outlier hospitals, PSU’s, Government charity organizations and Physicians.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  •  Developing and maintain marketing database of referrals from corporates, Physicians, hospitals, and PSU’s
  • Assist hospital staff with coordination of promotional events. Such as CME’s, Community outreach programs, health fairs and medical camp.

Education :

Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent

Experience :

3-4 years of Experience in the same field, preferably in medical sector.
