JOB PURPOSE:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be developing integrated marketing campaigns and supporting the Marketing Manager in all tasks. To be successful in this position you should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.

Other:

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
  • Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Liaise with internal team members (service team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (agencies, influencers and communities).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and target audience.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the hospital's digital presence remains innovative and effective.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create and manage engaging and relevant content for the hospital's website, social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and healthcare professionals to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Oversee the hospital's social media accounts, creating content calendars, posting updates, and engaging with the online community.
    • Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase the hospital's social media following and engagement.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the hospital's online visibility.
  2. Paid Advertising:
    • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
  3. Email Marketing:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture patient relationships, promote services, and disseminate relevant health information.
    • Utilize segmentation and personalization to enhance the effectiveness of email communication.

           4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use data insights to optimize strategies and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

             5. Other:

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry

Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and compliance considerations in digital marketing.
  • Arabic Language proficiancy would be added advantage

OTHERS:

Quality Improvement (Safety, Risk Management):

  • Participates in continuous quality improvement projects, and Departmental projects.
  • Demonstrate a safe working environment through compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety & infection control.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety.

 

Patient Experience:

  • Participates in customer service trainings
  • Encourages customers to respond to Satisfaction Survey
