JOB PURPOSE:

To Assist the Chief Information Officer in setting up, maintain, configure and perform training of Hospital ERP systems in lieu with organization as well as internationally accepted standards and policies.

Routine monitoring ERP to be operational, gathering requests from end users and as per the approval either configure the system accordingly or escalate to Senior Applications Specialist or Outsourced ERP support.

Taking care of issues raised by the end users, based on priorities supporting department’s KPIs

In addition to day to day tasks, time to time tasks allocated by Senior Management of the Department need to be complete within the specified timeline and the guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

URGENT Hiring :   SAP FICO Consultant OFFSHORE ( WORK FROM HOME)

This is a work from home set up.CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED in EGYPT. Yet you will support in Dubai office.

Experience:

• Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player
• Verifiable status of being SAP S/4 HANA Certified Associate
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA as Finance functional consultant, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP 
• Healthcare industry related experience will be an advantage
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report
• Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules e.g., MM, SCM, DMS, SuccessFactors, SAC etc.
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication

OTHERS:

• Participates in continuous quality improvement projects, and Departmental projects.
• Demonstrate a safe working environment through compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety & infection control.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety.

• Encourages customers to respond to Satisfaction Survey
