Job Profile:
Supervisor - Cash Management / Head Cashier
We are is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor, Cash Management to lead our cashiering operations in a hospital environment with strong healthcare financial expertise and a proven background in UAE hospital billing and revenue processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities, Control & Compliance
• Oversee daily cashiering operations and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Manage patient billing, collections, refunds, and reconciliations
• Supervise and train cashier staff to maintain high service and compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, DHA regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate with insurance, billing, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data accuracy
• Enforce segregation of duties across cashiering, billing, and finance
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards
• Maintain cash handling SOPs, vault security, and surprise cash counts
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Lead process improvements to reduce revenue leakage and enhance patient experience
Qualification / Experience:
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in Accountancy (Post-graduation is a plus)
• 6-8 years of hospital experience in the UAE (essential)
• Strong background in cashiering, billing, or revenue cycle management
• Excellent knowledge of UAE insurance processes and claims
• Proven Supervisory skills, Communication, and Organizational skills
